You were down my way today... I'm in blackrock, you should have gone into the market in Blackrock for the knitting shop! Did you not do the mini marathon? Is it just mountain running you are interested in?
Hi MW. I do all sorts of running but usually avoid the mini marathon just cos of the crowds, that's all.
I went out to Dun Laoghaire to visit Meadows and Byrne, do you know that shop? It's usually got lovely stuff. Bought nothing but I mobile blogged that photo direct to here!
Don't let the dreary weather get you down! The sun will come back! It's just above those clouds! Being from the Pacific Northwest we have similar weather. I think it makes us appreciate the sunny days that much more. Ironically the first thing people do when the sun shines around here is complain about the heat. It got into the 80's over the weekend but it's breezy and cloudy now.
Looks like a wasp problem in your shed. Good luck with that! Remember they can sting you more than once!
Aisling how are your feet? My leg is much better. I came across this photograph of this guys unique necklace made from his toenails that fall off with all the running he does!!! I mean REALLY!
I must have a look Ellen, sounds gross! I think I'll have to use some fake toe nails if I decide to wear sandals to this wedding on Thursday. Lots of long distance runners I think have this problem, it's no big deal unless you want to wear sandals!! Glad to hear your leg is better! Are you completely healed?
Yes, i'm impressed with your high-tech-ness! I've been to Dunlaoighre but don't remember all that much about it....hmmm! Gonna rack my brain now. Isn't that where the ferry comes in from England? I do remember the ferry though, rough seas, people hooching everywhere...beyootiful!
Yes that's dun laoghaire (I spelt it wrong!) where the ferry comes in! I love the ferry as a means of travel, having your own space to walk around etc. etc. but the hooching is tough!

Excellent mobile blogging Aisling. It looks very quiet there. Everyone must have left for the bank holiday weekend. I hope you had a good one.
Yes it was really quiet! I think the bad weather didn't help either Ellen!
I got cute multicoloured ice cream bowls there a few weeks ago, you didn't try real gourmet burger then?

Saw the bowls MW! They're gorgeous, I have similar ones in plastic so didn't purchase!
Thanks Eric, we've forgotten what the sun is like here. We had a whole month of it in April and now it's so grey!
The wasps nest is gone, thanks for the advice! Don't know why I found it so creepy?!
