Away again?

I'm about to find out which is harder: looking after 3 kids or running 26 miles uphill.

I'm off here.

Wow, good question. What is really harder? In terms of responsibility, running after the kids, keeping them fed, on a schedule for sleep, school, and play, day after day, until they move out most likly wins out on the toughness scale.

So enjoy that 26 mile uphill run. Smile at each mile and rotate your thoughts about each child and their individual talents. Or just forget about the kids and beat that hill for yourself!

Wow again, I just looked at the link to JUNGFRAU. Beautiful setting, brutal climb. Have fun with that!

Hi Eric. I'm gonna try and enjoy the scenes as much as I can! Hard during the tough climbs when all you want to do is put your head down and fight on! Thanks for the encouragement!

Wow, this is one that has been on my TO-DO list for quite some time; I'm immensely jealous!

As for what's harder. I haven't run 26 miles uphill yet, but looking after 3 kids is the more stressful one. I'll vouch for that.

I'm already there (in Wengen). Weather's good, the route's looking good (they've even filled in the few small puddles alongside the river!) and there's lots of running type people around. I'll be glad when I get up this hill. Hope to see you on route. Have a good one.

Hi Thomas, luckily all of it wasnt uphill and it was so incredibly scenic, I loved every minute of it. If you get a chance to go next year or any year GO!

Hi Mick I'm raging I didn't bump into you! I thought about your Tony along the way and hoped to see you in the T-shirt! Well done to you!
Thanks FMC I crossed the line with a smile on my face and have felt great since! I loved it! I must blog about the race and the scenery tomorrow; it was indescribably (sp?) wonderful!
